Katelyn Fullmer (Milton-Union) enrolled in the Allied Health Technologies Tech Prep program at MVCTC, chose to honor as her most significant educators, Tonya Barnett of MVCTC and William Ginn of Milton-Union. Katelyn is the daughter of the late Chris Fullmer and Jane Fullmer of West Milton.
