Description: The Retail Agriculture Services program teaches plant production, maintenance, hydroponics, service, processing, customer relations, and sales.
Students learn about careers and skills needed for horticulture and landscape by designing and maintaining landscape areas on the school campus. The program operates a greenhouse and flower shop, producing, processing, marketing, and selling greenhouse crops. Students also learn customer service, retail sales experience, floral shop, plant production, propagation, greenhouse and garden center operation. Students also learn valuable life skills that are necessary in the workplace.
